QUILTBAG

[Jim Parish]

For what it's worth, I first encountered "QUILTBAG" in connection with a 
short-lived webcomic by that name, written by T Campbell (better known 
for "Penny and Aggie" and "The Guilded Age"). The comic ran for about 
four months in early 2012.
